DNA Health Group is an Exercise Physiology and Clinical Pilates studio located in Cheltenham, Melbourne. Established in 2004, the name DNA Health Group was born out of our belief that each and every person’s health needs are as unique as their own DNA.

Our passion is Exercise Physiology, and our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise and healthy lifestyle behaviours for the prevention, management and treatment of a number of chronic health conditions, injuries, as well as improving your general health and quality of life.
Pilates is a technique that is based around posture, core stability, strength, flexibility and correct breathing techniques. Pilates can be extremely beneficial for improving your general health and fitness, core stability, pelvic floor, and muscle tone, as well as being an excellent tool for the rehabilitation of number of musculoskeletal injuries and medical conditions.
Group Exercise Classes

We offer a variety of classes including hydrotherapy, Clinical Pilates, balance and falls prevention, cardiovascular disease and diabetes management, weight loss, as well as general health and fitness.
